We welcome dogs of all breeds and backgrounds! All new clients must first go through a meet and greet to ensure a good fit with our pack. While we are primarily referral-based, we do occasionally accept new clients depending on capacity. If we’re full or not accepting new clients at the moment, we’re happy to add you to our waitlist.

We accept puppies and intact dogs on a case-by-case basis depending on behavior, age, and the current group dynamic. Please mention this during your inquiry so we can assess fit during the meet and greet.

We do our best to accommodate senior dogs, pups with medication routines, and mild mobility or anxiety challenges. Let us know in advance so we can discuss what kind of care and supervision your dog needs.

Our meet and greets are held outdoors in a calm, spacious area just seconds away from our facility. Because we always have dogs in our care, we do not host meet and greets inside the space, it’s not a walk-in environment and can be overwhelming for both your pup and our current pack. By meeting outside, we can better assess your dog’s comfort level without added stress or distraction.

We tailor each day to match your dog's age and needs. For puppies, we know how important proper rest is, so we make sure they get plenty of naps, following the same schedule they have at home to keep their routine consistent. 

For adult dogs, the day includes structured playtime, nap breaks, buddy walkies, and meal times (if they eat during daycare, we follow their usual schedule).

We also keep things fun and stimulating with activities such as puzzle games, enrichment toys, baking treats with the pups, and themed events like agility day! Every day is designed to balance fun, learning, and rest so your dog goes home happy and relaxed.

Absolutely! If your pup eats during their daycare hours, just send their food in a clearly labeled container and we’ll follow their regular mealtime schedule. We know how important routine is, especially for puppies and dogs with specific needs.

Yes! All of our daycare pups get daily walkies, either solo or in small buddy groups depending on temperament and energy level. Walks are part of our structured routine and offer great mental and physical enrichment. We also offer extra walk time on request if your pup needs more exercise!

For daycare, please bring any meals your pup will need during their stay, clearly labeled with their name and feeding instructions. For boarding, pack enough food for their entire stay, any treats or supplements they normally take, and any comfort items like a blanket or toy. We provide cozy beds, bowls, and lots of love!

Yes, we offer daycare and boarding trials for dogs who are new to our space, but please note, these are paid sessions. Trial stays are typically half a daycare day or an overnight stay to help us see how your pup adjusts to the environment before a consistent or longer booking.

Our boarding pups get to snooze in true comfort! Most dogs sleep with me on the bed or curl up on one of the cozy dog beds tucked under it. We also have a peaceful middle room with two twin-sized beds that’s fully fenced, perfect for pups who prefer a bit more quiet or are used to their own space. The living room is another popular nap zone with comfy couches to sprawl on. Wherever your dog feels most relaxed, that’s where they’ll rest. If your pup is crate-trained, you’re welcome to bring their crate along, and we’ll place it in the middle room to mimic their home setup as closely as possible.

All our overnight guests enjoy three walks a day, morning, afternoon, and evening, at no extra charge. These are structured, relaxing walks to help them stretch their legs, get some fresh air, and do their business. If your pup requires additional walks outside of our standard routine, we’re happy to accommodate for an extra fee.

Spaces are limited to ensure a calm, structured environment. For daycare, we recommend booking at least 3–5 days in advance. For boarding, especially during holidays or long weekends, please book as early as possible to secure your spot..

Yes! We carefully group dogs based on their size, energy level, and temperament to ensure safe and balanced play. We also offer one-on-one time or calm spaces for pups who need a break from the action.

Absolutely! We send regular photo/video updates via group chats so you can see how your pup is doing and share in their fun-filled day.

Your dog’s health and safety is our top priority. In the event of illness or injury, we will contact you immediately and take appropriate action, including reaching out to your vet or the nearest emergency clinic if necessary.

For boarding stays of 3 nights or more, we require 7 days’ notice to avoid a cancellation fee. For daycare bookings, please provide at least 72 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. This helps us manage our limited space and keep things running smoothly.
